787 sales brochure

If you are considering buying this book to get a deeper insight in cutting edge aerospace technology, you should probably buy something else.
True: areas like avionics, hydraulics,design tools, engines etc. are covered with one-pagers, but most of the 152 pages are about Boeing and McDonnel Douglas history and the book is awash with 787:s painted in different airline colors.
The book has a glossy sales brochure feel and is only worth a couple of hours browsing.

Boeing 787 Dreamliner

I bought this book for my nephew, 17 yrs, and he was entirely happy with it. The book is beautifully made, with lots of foto's, and quite some technical information.
Unfortunately, though the book was sent with express mail, delivery to the Netherlands took 3 weeks, and it arrived too late for the boys'birthday.
